How long do braces take? For most patients, orthodontic treatment takes somewhere between one and three years, with the average…
Children & early treatment
The right first visit at the right time can guide growth and simplify treatment later — and we only recommend treatment when it truly helps.

Dr. Orbach will tell you honestly whether early treatment helps or whether watchful waiting is best. Your child's first visit is free.

How early care works
Early enough to spot issues that are easier to guide while your child is growing.
Phase 1 guides growth and makes room; Phase 2 later aligns the full smile.
If braces aren't needed yet, we simply monitor — no treatment before it helps.

Gentle, honest care
Dr. Orbach has practiced since 2010 and sees every patient personally — children included — recommending early treatment only when it genuinely benefits your child.
