Our technology

Better records, better results

Digital scanners and low-dose digital X-ray make your records faster, cleaner, and more comfortable — so Dr. Orbach can plan from a clear diagnostic picture.

What technology does the practice use?

Technology in service of the plan

Orbach Orthodontics uses digital intraoral scanners (iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, and Medit) instead of goopy impression trays, and low-dose digital X-ray imaging (Acteon and MyRay Hyperion) — including the panoramic and cephalometric records orthodontics depends on. Modern tools make your visits faster and more comfortable; Dr. Orbach's diagnosis and planning are what turn those records into a great result.

Good orthodontics is a planning problem before it is a hardware problem. The value of digital tools is not novelty — it is that precise, comfortable records let Dr. Orbach see your bite clearly, plan the right movement, and track progress without guesswork.

The constant behind the tools

The orthodontist makes it matter

Every scan and image lands on Dr. Orbach's screen, where 15+ years of experience — and a specialty in discreet, hidden treatment — decide what actually happens. The technology is excellent; it is the orthodontist who makes it matter.

Technology FAQ

Good to know

Do you still use messy impression molds?
No — we take a quick digital scan with an intraoral wand, so there is no putty tray and no gagging.
Is digital X-ray safe?
Modern digital X-ray uses a low dose of radiation and produces images instantly; we image only what is clinically needed.
Do I need special imaging for braces or aligners?
Orthodontics uses a panoramic and a cephalometric X-ray to see your roots, jaws, and growth — both are quick and done in-office.
